Payments : 1. First time customers pay by credit card only. Established customers can pay by UPS COD. For UPS COD company check, please call us to fax you our credit application. 2. Customers paying by credit card, please call or fax your credit card number & expiration date. Our server is not secure. 3. We will charge your credit card, the same day we ship your merchandise.
Return Policy: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect it immediately. If there are any items in your shipment that are damaged, please report it to us @ bijouxone@yahoo.com within 3 days. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service department before the returned merchandise can be accepted by us. After receiving the damaged item from you, we will gladly exchange it with a new one. We do not guarantee sale.

Please provide us with your phone number, so we can get your credit card number and also to give you the total amount. 3. We ship only to USA and Canada. 4. You will pay exact UPS charges. No handling fee or any other hidden costs. 5. Try to use UPS GROUND service for handbag orders. Other UPS services would be too costly.
Taxes: 1. Out of California orders are tax exempt. 2. California orders with valid California sellers permit (resale number) are tax exempt. Please fax your sellers permit. 3. California orders without valid California sellers permit (resale number) pay 8.25% sales tax.
